A FQHC like facility is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with an average of 912 patients per day. This role focuses on chronic care and dual diagnosis for a mix of private payer and Medicare patients. The provider will benefit from full MA support and a highly integrated, supportive staff environment.
