General Practice (Veterinarian)

This is a great opportunity to join a 5 DVM, privately owned hospital, located in Tampa. They see a huge variety of patients with 75% being small animal, and the remaining 25% split across birds, reptiles, pocket pets, small mammals etc. Each Dr is assigned a tech and an assistant with floaters also available if needed. All appointments are 30 minutes, with walk-ins also being see in between. Hospital is extremely well equipped, including: Digital xrays, digital dentals, ultrasound, CT truck, cold laser, co2 laser/surgical laser, ECG, oxygen cage, inhouse labs, 10 exam rooms, avamark for EMR. They are happy to accept both new grads and experienced doctors, with an interest in exotics or integrative medicine welcomed, but not necessary. The hospital can accommodate a DVM not wanting to do any surgery and although a rotating weekend would be preferable, they can push this to one weekend a month.
