RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS)

• 80% Adult Patient Population
• 74% General Dentistry, 20% Prosthodontics, 6% Endodontics
• Supported by 1-2 Dental Assistants, 1-2 Hygienists

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DDS)

• Simple extractions, impacted extractions, single rooted endodontics, cleanings, fillings and repairs, dentures, crowns and bridges.
• Wisconsin licensed or ability to obtain WI license
• Option for abbreviated schedule/part time 2-3 Day Work Week
