Accounting Assistant

One of the most notable automotive services companies is expanding the corporate accounting team for their fastest growing franchise. You'll be joining an finance/accounting team of 13, starting out as an Accounting Assistant, but with a path to Staff Accountant for those who are looking for growth.

This role's responsibilities are critical to the success of the business, we are looking for a detail oriented, reliable and investigative entry (or re-entry!) level accountant to process a high level of invoices from over 115 locations, ensuring that the company received the correct amount of inventory and were charged the right amount of money. Once familiar with this process, the Accounting Assistant will have the opportunity to move into bank reconciliations and more formal AP work.

Must Have Skills

• 1+ year of professional experience in an accounting related role
• Investigative mindset
• Strong attention to detail
