Position Overview:
Pretty Farm Girl is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our leadership team. The CEO will drive the company's vision and strategy, oversee operations, lead a growing team, and ensure the continued success and growth of our brand. Key Responsibilities:

• Visionary Leadership: Define and execute the company’s strategic direction to ensure the growth and success of Pretty Farm Girl.
• Brand Development: Enhance and elevate the Pretty Farm Girl brand, ensuring consistency and authenticity in every customer touchpoint.
• Financial Oversight: Manage company finances, including budget planning, P&L oversight, and securing funding.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient, compliant with GMP standards, and aligned with our commitment to quality.
• Product Innovation: Collaborate with the product team to develop new products that align with customer needs and the company’s mission of clean, natural skincare.
• Community Engagement: Strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and the local community to further Pretty Farm Girl’s impact and reach.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
• Proven experience in scaling brands and leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep passion for sustainability, clean ingredients, and natural wellness.
• Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight and fundraising experience.
• Ability to drive innovation while staying true to the company’s core values of quality and simplicity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
