Description :
You must have a valid drivers license and own a reliable car to qualify for this position. This cleaner will be cleaning 2 apartment buildings and must be able to walk up and down many flights of stairs and move quickly while on the job. This is a hard labor job that is physically demanding.

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Able to move at a fast pace
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• You must be 18 years old.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

• Sanitize restrooms
• Clean elevators
• Lift & carry heavy trash
• Walk up & down flights of stairs
