Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the customer support department, supporting various teams in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Contract on W2 for a duration of 12+ months
What's the Job?
- Engage with customers to provide information regarding products and services.
- Maximize value from sales by identifying and fostering new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase revenue.
- Create demand for the organization's products and services at the customer level.
- Execute routine tasks efficiently and accurately under close supervision.
What's Needed?
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under close supervision with little autonomy.
