Job Description
Our client, a leader in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the Payments Coordination team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant II
Location: Hybrid - 1 to 2 days in the office, Maple Grove, MN
Pay Range: $25/hour
What's the Job?
- Process HCP faculty payments while ensuring all steps are being followed appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Manage and track the status of HCP reimbursements.
- Reconcile meeting card spend and allocate to appropriate cost centers.
- Manage quarterly budgets while tracking HCP payments.
- Partner with Grants Coordinator to process approved payments after letters of agreements have been signed.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience in a related field; Preferred Associate Degree.
- Attention to detail is required.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills with teams.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and Ariba.
