Our client, a leading pharmaceutical Manufacturing Organization, is seeking a Production & Sanitation Technician to join their team. As a Production & Sanitation Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the maintenance of cleanliness and compliance in GMP areas.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Work Schedule: Train 2 weeks on 1st shift (can move earlier if training goes well) - 1st and 2nd shifts are available
1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
2nd shift: - start at 3 pm. (7pm - 10 pm will be unsupervised)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 12+ Months contract

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of GMP areas, including production rooms, laboratories, and storage areas, following established protocols.
  • Restock and maintain adequate supplies of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning and sanitization activities following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements related to GMP and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cleaning procedures or GMP is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or sanitation role within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
