Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Operations, the Clinical Pharmacist will join a small, tightknit team of specialists who serve unique populations. Working alongside PGY1 and PGY2 Trained Inpatient Pharmacy Specialists, the new Hospital Pharmacist will have the opportunity to grow and contribute to an outstanding group dynamic.

The Acute Care Pharmacist will play a significant role in patient care. This person will work with patients across the inpatient spectrum, providing review and evaluation of medication regimens. This Pharmacist will serve as a subject matter expert providing drug information and education to medical staff, nurses, students, and patients.
