Executive / Head Chef

The Porch on Main in Colebrook, NH is a New Restaurant with our Grand Opening scheduled for May 9th 2025. The perfect opportunity to make your mark!  Looking for an experienced Executive / Head Chef to join our team. If you love cooking and coming up with delicious menus, we want to talk to you!

As the Executive / Head Chef, you'll be in charge of running the kitchen and kitchen staff, making sure the food is top-notch, and managing all things culinary. Your skills in creating menus and preparing food will be super important for us. If you have experience in catering for events and fancy dining, even better!

The perfect candidate will be great at managing food costs, labor costs, and food safety. You'll need a ServSafe certification and knowledge of food safety practices. It would be awesome if you also have experience in managing food and drinks, nutrition, and HACCP.

This is a full-time job with a salary range of $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, depending on your experience. Come join us at The Porch on Main and show off your cooking skills in a fun and rewarding environment.

Company Information

The Porch on Main is a  Fine Food Bistro, Wine Bar and Gift shop.   Featuring entree's, small plates, charcuterie and desserts paired with select wines. We have a full bar, craft beers, fine liquor and specialty drinks, served in comfort and elegance. We are situated on 1.2 acres with a beautiful view and spacious outdoor area, patio and porch for outdoor seating and events.
