Mid-Level Litigation Associate Delaware Chancery Litigation

A prestigious law firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with 36 years of experience to join its Chambers-ranked Chancery litigation practice in Wilmington, DE. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases in a dynamic and collegial environment that prioritizes attorney development.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Delaware Chancery Court matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and corporate governance issues.

Represent clients in Delawares Chancery, Superior, and Supreme Courts, as well as Delaware District Court.

Assist with complex commercial and securities litigation (preferred but not required).

Conduct legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy.

Qualifications:

Delaware Chancery Court experience required.

Strong background in litigation, corporate governance, or securities law is a plus.

Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.

Active Delaware bar license or willingness to take the Delaware bar.
