Registered Nurses

Generations at Rock Island is currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in Rock Island, IL. As a premier provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, we are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing quality healthcare services in a warm and inviting environment.  We are open to both newly licensed nurses as well as those with years of experience.  

Job Expectations:

• Licensed in good standing in the state of ILLINOIS
• Provide post acute care to patients with a variety of conditions
• Develop and implement care plans
• Deliver skilled nursing services
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform interventions as needed
• Provide compassionate patient care
• Ensure BLS certification and acute care standards
• Assist with wound care and treatment planning
• Participate in discharge planning and long-term care
• Conduct therapeutic interventions and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Hourly Rates: Based on Benefits selected.  Sign-on Bonuses are paid out for every regular hour worked until the maximum is reached.  Full and Part-time RNs receive a Sign-on Bonus of $5 per regular hour worked until a Maximum of $10,000 is reached. 

• Full-Time and Part-Time RNs earn $37-44 per hour plus Sign-On Bonus
