Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the Route Transaction team supporting various internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Hanover, PA (Hybrid - onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
What's the Job?
- Act as the liaison between prospects and internal departments throughout the entire transaction process.
- Coordinate the evaluation of prospective buyers based on credit scores with third-party lenders.
- Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to clearly communicate expectations throughout the transaction process.
- Initiate, review, and approve all electronic contracts once required documents have been obtained.
- Propose opportunities for streamlining business processes and assist teammates as needed.
What's Needed?
- Detail-oriented with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- 1-3 years of office assistant experience, preferably in logistics or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
