Our client, a leader in the Building Management industry, is seeking a Senior Building Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance department supporting the facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Building Engineer
Location: Longmont, CO
Pay Range: $30/hr - $40/hr.
What's the Job?
- Manage repairs and preventive maintenance around the facility.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks and work orders.
- Monitor building system operations and performance.
- Conduct inspections of building systems including HVAC and plumbing.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform necessary repairs.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Universal CFC certification is required.
- Experience with building automation and CMMS preferred.
- Heavy mechanical experience, particularly with chiller and boiler systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to various stakeholders.
