LOCATION: 4200 B Pleasant Valley Rd, Chantilly, VA 20151

HOURS: 10:30am - 7:00pm; Monday and 9:30am - 6:00pm; Tuesday - Friday; and weekend coverage as needed

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

In this role you will:

• Receive calls from physicians, patients and internal staff regarding test results, supply orders, test verifications, name changes, billing adjustments and other miscellaneous information

• Demonstrate excellent research, problem solving and follow up skills

• Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing problems

• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills both with internal and external client

• Complete special projects and assist team members with various customer service tasks as needed

All you need is:

• Familiarity with medical terminology

• Strong computer literacy with good typing skills

• Excellent research, problem solving and follow up skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing problems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• To be a dependable and reliable team player

• Ability to work independently and as part of a goal-oriented team with a positive attitude

• To be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
