- Compensation : $19.00 - $22.00/hour (Depends on Experience)

Primary Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support both our Operations and Human Resources teams. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations and HR functions. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, communication, and problem-solving, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between departments to improve communication and collaboration.
- Maintain various reporting for warehouse operations, compliance and HR activities.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for operational and HR documents.
- Prepare and distribute communications related to operational and HR updates and policies.
- Assists associates with various administrative requests such as password reset or employment verifications.
- Support associate exit procedures, including security badge and IT access changes and finalizing documentation.
- Facilitates LOA communications, including adjustments and tracking reports.
- Inputting data into the system, scheduling appointments, and tracking expenses.
- Preparing daily loading documentation and batch labels for case selectors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED) certificate, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of administrative experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
