System Administrator - Federal SAP Ariba and Fieldglass Operations

IBM CIO is seeking a system administrator to support our US Federal SAP Ariba and Fieldglass applications. This position will be located in Research Triangle Park, NC, and will be responsible for technical support and maintenance of these new applications.

The successful candidate will use system administration skills and technical knowledge to support the business processes and daily operations of these systems. This role requires strong analytical skills in order to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the assigned business process area, participate in enhancement and release planning activities, execute testing, and ensure successful system functionality and user experience. The system administrator will work closely with our CIO Platform Organization, as well as our Procurement Transformation organization, to deliver best practices and new function.

This role will have primary responsibility for maintaining and administering the following SAP product modules: - Ariba Supplier Management, Sourcing & Contracts, Buying & Invoicing - Fieldglass Contingent & Services Key Responsibilities: - System Administration - Issue Resolution - Admin Ongoing Education - Data Validation - Functional and Integration Testing.
