Interventional Cardiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Kearney, Nebraska

A facility is seeking an interventional cardiologist locums for ongoing coverage.
In Kearny, Nebraska, you can explore the fascinating trails and natural beauty at Fort Kearny State Recreation Area, perfect for hiking, bird-watching, and picnicking. For a dose of history and culture, visit the Great Platte River Road Archway Monument, an interactive museum that takes you on a journey through the region's rich past.
The clinician will have the option to work in the clinic but will primarily focus on inpatient care, procedures, and call coverage. When not on call, they will round on patients and perform procedures. Weekday inpatient rounds have an average census of 8-10, with APP and hospitalist support, and include 8-9 add-on cath procedures per week. Weekend rounds have a lower census of 6-7, also with APP and hospitalist assistance. The provider will take STEMI call and, on days not covering inpatient service, may work in the clinic from 8 AM to 4 PM.
