We are an established private practice in San Jose, CA where patients come first. We pride ourselves in providing stellar service and patient care. Our office is equipped with the latest technology including OCT, Optomap, Axial Length and topographer. We are passionate about myopia control and looking to expand into other specialties such as scleral contact lenses and dry eyes. We also have an amazing team to support the doctors and deliver a great experience to our patients.
Job Details
We are seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time or Part-Time OD to join our fantastic, growing office. Our eye exams are scheduled every 30 minutes, allowing the Doctor to both do a thorough eye exam as well as develop a relationship with the patient. Weekday schedule is 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturdays 10 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexible 1-2 Saturdays off per month. We pay Full-Time a competitive per diem pay plus production bonus and full benefits package
Optometrist Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
- A team player with a dedication to excellence in patient care
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on customer service
- Myopia control experience is not required but myopia control interest is a must
- Provide exceptional patient care by conducting comprehensive eye examinations and assessments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $159,000 annually.
