Looking for Line Cooks to join our team at Copper Premium Pub in Lake Wylie, SC. If you love cooking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

As a Line Cook, your main tasks include using knife skills, and making sure plates are top-notch. You'll also need to control portions, maintain food quality, and work efficiently in the kitchen. Experience with grilling, fryers, salads, and food prep is a bonus.

Apart from cooking, you'll handle food, help with events, and support food service management. Knowing about sanitation, dishwashing, and food and beverage management is crucial. A understanding of food safety, nutrition, and HACCP guidelines are a must.

Requirements:

• Plate Presentation
• Sautéing

Salary Range: $50000 - $60000 per year
