Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Diagnostic Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Diagnostic Quality Engineer you will be part of the Quality & Customer Satisfaction team supporting product quality performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Diagnostic Quality Engineer
Location: Greensboro, NC
What's the Job?
Search, detect, and quantify customer quality issues at an early stage via enhanced analytics.
Prioritize quality actions related to electrical components to achieve committed quality targets for assigned products.
Lead, analyze, and report on Diagnostic Trouble Codes related to electrical systems, focusing on identifying patterns and understanding customer impact.
Initiate, coordinate, and prioritize quality actions inside design engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing.
Communicate effectively through clear written and oral presentations on product quality investigations within the company.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
5 years of automotive industry experience.
Proficiency with data analysis and general knowledge of statistics and statistical concepts.
Experience in aftermarket activities and support.
Cross-functional team leadership or project management experience.
