Position Summary 

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and career-driven individual to join our Collision Avoidance Cameras team. In this position, you will be responsible for working safely, producing high quality products in an efficient manner, and learning other positions on the line .

Primary Responsibilities 

• Routes and ties wires to form harnesses used in electrical and electronic equipment or systems 

• Reads instructions, such as work orders, diagrams, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly 

• Wraps and ties wires together at designated points to form harnesses 

• May test wiring continuity using continuity tester 

• Operation of machinery and materials set-up 

• Data entry into computer systems, use of internet to move files as needed 

• Produce quality products while meeting established goals 

• Follow standard work processes to complete tasks safely and efficiently 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

Education Requirements and Skills 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent 

• Years of Experience: 1 – 3 years 

• Process and safety driven 

• Detail oriented and interested in taking owership of assigned work 

• Able to work independently and within a team 

• Excellent command of the English language 

• Prior experience with ERP and CRM systems a PLUS (especially Epicor)

• Superb verbal and written communication skills 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 

Physical Requirements 

  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

  Prolonged periods of standing or walking.
