Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the Treasury Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Technical Business Analyst (Techno Functional Analyst)
Location:
Charlotte, NC or Plano TX - Hybrid work schedule
Pay Range:
$60 - $65 per hour (W2 Only)
What's the Job?
Creating and maintaining business requirements in partnership with stakeholders and obtaining sign-off.
Responsible for developing functional solutions and conducting FSD walk-throughs.
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify product development opportunities.
Collaborating with developers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and owning the functional delivery end to end.
Defining testing requirements in conjunction with the QA team and ensuring successful project completion.
What's Needed?
Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years recent experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role.
Experience in Oracle/PL SQL, ETL/Informatica, or Java.
Strong understanding of Capital Markets, particularly in Credit Risk and Market Risk.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
