Our client, a leader in project management and transformation, is seeking a Project Manager - Planview PPM to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Transformation Office supporting high-profile change portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Open to Hybrid (preferred) or Remote
Pay Range:
$68/hr
What's the Job?
Coordinate portfolio status reporting for strategic initiatives; collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to gather and review data for quality and completeness.
Manage resource forecast reporting for the portfolio to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
Develop detailed project plans to achieve goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
Plan and coordinate the rollout of Planview PPM software; act as a liaison with the enterprise Planview PPM team.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on portfolio reporting and PPM tool implementations.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
