Our client, one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in USA is looking for a Project Manager - Digital Enablement initiatives at Rahway, NJ.
Job Title:
Project Manager III - Digital Enablement Initiatives
Duration:
12 Month Contract
Location:
Rahway, NJ - Hybrid( 3 days/week-onsite)- Tues and Wed required and 3rd day is flexible.
What will be doing:
Concentrating on handling digital enablement
Liaison between digital enablement and the rest of the commercial teams
brand teams - brand road mapping, campaigns, making sure the are on schedule and on budget
plan product launches - 3 large launches planned in the next 6 month, need coverage on the digital enablement side
This role is not very technical What looking for:
The candidate should have strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and experience in digital marketing.
Proficient in managing projects on the business side
Marketing background
Strong leadership skills
Stakeholder management
Conflict resolution
Keeping risk log up to date - informing leadership and flagging risks
Experience with digital marketing side, not just tracking tasks but able to connect dots and help the team to drive to decisions
Keep the status log up to date.
PMP will be a huge plus.Years of experience:
Looking for 5-7 years of experience
Experience in animal health and/or pharma would be a huge plus
While pharmaceutical experience is a plus, it is not a strict requirement; strong product management and digital enablement skills are prioritized.
Candidates with marketing cloud experience will be preferred---------------

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry, with a strong emphasis on managing digital enablement projects, such as marketing omni-channel implementations.
Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams towards project milestones and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proactive mindset, able to identify project risks and proactively propose solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience in managing marketing omni-channel implementations, including integrating various digital platforms for cohesive customer engagement is highly desirable.
PMI certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team and lead digital enablement projects within our client's Companion Animal Business Unit.
This role focuses on overseeing marketing omni-channel implementations and ensuring their successful execution across various departments.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for digital enablement initiatives, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring their execution within established parameters.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Channel Operations, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment throughout the digital enablement process.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to ensure project transparency and support decision-making.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential roadblocks, ensuring project objectives are met.
Compliance and Procedure Adherence: Develop and adhere to project management procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices. Interact with staff across different locations and external vendors while upholding established processes and guidelines.
Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor project progress, milestones, and budget to ensure projects are delivered on time and within allocated resources. Implement appropriate project control measures to prevent scope creep and cost overruns.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness
