The Cardiac Sonographer - Pediatric reports directly to the echo lab Lead Imaging Tech and collaborates closely with pediatric critical care physicians and cardiologists. The Heart Center is a dynamic and state-of-the-art environment. As a Cardiac Sonographer - Pediatric, you will engage with in-house patients from the NICU and PICU and traverse to various units, such as the CVOR and Pedi Cath Labs. This position involves interaction with exceptional cardiologists across multiple outpatient clinics in the city.

Responsibilities of the Cardiac Sonographer - Pediatric include conducting complex echo exams, coordinating with cardiologists to ensure accurate diagnosis, and providing preliminary findings. Administrative duties involve onboarding new sonographers and maintaining equipment quality. Participation in departmental quality improvement activities and continuing education is expected to foster personal and professional development.
