You Are:
The Digital Asset Manager is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the data pertaining to shot lists, digital assets, and merchandise in a high-volume ecommerce photography studio and analyzing the data to generate appropriate reports for the internal management team and clients and to consult on the course of action to maintain superior output in the production.
Working hours for this role is 8:30-5:30 Pacific Time
The Work:
Maintain accurate data within our proprietary databases to track shot lists, digital assets, and merchandise
Reconcile lists with system data and images
Track job progress through data in file management system, identify issues, update, and verify information
Generate routine reports for internal management and clients
Analyze data to troubleshoot bottlenecks in production and consult on course of action to resolve
Work with production, post-production, and operational departments to resolve production & post-production issues
Organize and locate merchandise according to data in system
Write and submit System and IT support tickets and work closely with these corporate support teams to resolve any systems or data issues
Identify improved merchandise organization and tracking methods and help to implement new plans
Locate, download, and organize customer provided assets as needed throughout production
Create and import shot lists to database
Keep abreast with industry and software changes and updates
Communicate with Production Manager, Producer and Post Manager to ensure compliance with client and company standards
Routes or supports routing projects for review, approval, and final delivery
Executes or supports delivery point quality assurance and final delivery of images and assets
Keep abreast with industry and software changes and updates
Qualification
Here's what you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital asset management
Bonus points if:
College Degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related Arts/Creative program
Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Data Management Systems
Experience with MAC operating system, network and file management
Strong attention to detail skills
Ability to make sound decisions and work independently as part of a team
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
