Commercial Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Project Manager with a proven track record in managing high-end luxury mid-rise and high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale luxury construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management , specifically in high-end luxury mid-rise and high-rise developments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multimillion-dollar projects from inception to completion.
• Extensive knowledge of high-end construction materials, finishes, and design standards in mid and high-rise projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• LEED or similar sustainable building certification is a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.

• Experience with luxury, mixed-use developments or residential condominiums in high-rise buildings.
• Knowledge of smart home technology integration and high-end building systems.
• Strong understanding of client relations and customer service for high-net-worth individuals.
• Familiarity with contractor negotiations and legal processes related to high-value construction projects.
