Interim Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Skilled Nursing Facility

LeaderStat is currently seeking an Interim Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) who is interested in an exciting short-term contract in Columbus, Ohio This opportunity will take place in a long-term care setting, where you would be working directly with the geriatric population.

An ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of food inventory and control, and experience with coordinating full dining service.

Job Duties

• Coordinate the facilitys food service program
• Adhere to nutritional guidelines, policies, and food service budget
• Maintain food inventory
• Order and prepare food
• Assume responsibility for dining service
• Coordinate food service for special events and activities
• Hire, train and supervise all food service employees

Ideal candidates will bring:

• At least two years of experience with food and inventory control, food preparation, and dining service
• Certified Dietary Manager and ServSafe certified
• Experience hiring and training food service staff
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, local health department regulations, and the residence policies and procedures
