About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Advisor with extensive epoxy flooring experience to lead training, refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure consistency across our franchise locations. If you enjoy mentoring teams, optimizing processes, and setting industry standards, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Train and mentor teams on epoxy application techniques and best practices.
• Develop and refine SOPs to standardize processes across all locations.
• Ensure quality control by implementing consistent workflows and operational standards.
• Optimize commercial sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and improve COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to maximize profitability.
