Lab Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading provider in the laboratory services industry, is seeking a Lab Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Lab Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the laboratory. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Schertz, TX

What's the Job?

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild surfacing, finishing, and AR coating equipment.

• Perform scheduled maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild specialized laboratory machinery as needed.

• Conduct online equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities as prescribed by the manufacturer.

• Maintain equipment maintenance records and assist with facility and departmental process improvement projects.

What's Needed?

• Two to four years of experience in factory equipment maintenance.

• Demonstrated experience with fluid power, mechanical, and thermal systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and motor control systems.

• Familiarity with safety and health requirements relating to maintenance activities.

• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
