HR Generalist

Location: Downtown Seattle, WA (In Office)

Pay: $28.05/hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our Seattle, WA branch office. This position performs a variety of human resources administration functions that include conducting hiring processes, recruiting, initial training, new associate orientation, administering benefits, entering associate information into automated resources system, maintaining personnel files, providing counseling and maintaining EEO/AA records along with other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
• Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
