Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to lead teams effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, California (Hybrid - 2-3 days in Stockton)

Pay Range: $60 per hour

What's the Job?

• Facilitate virtual meetings and manage vendor relationships for the implementation of Workday.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring timely follow-up on due dates.
• Submit weekly reports detailing tasks, progress, and risks associated with the project.
• Drive internal team efforts to ensure project milestones are met.
• Utilize your Workday experience to support the transition from Peoplesoft to Workday.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of IT project management experience.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong virtual communication skills.
• A proven ability to lead and motivate internal teams.
