Dish Steward

Schedule
• Full-time, evening schedule: 6:00 pm - close (as late as 12:30 am)
• Flexible days, depending on availability

Responsibilities
1. Cleaning Projects: Execute cleaning tasks and projects as assigned.
2. After-Hours Menu: Assist with the after-hours menu, which includes 5 items, mostly non-cooked.
3. Communication: Communicate with front-of-house (FOH) staff regarding their needs after hours.
4. Bus Tub Assistance: Help FOH staff gather bus tubs with dishes and transport them up the stairs.
5. Physical Demands: Lift up to 40 pounds up the stairs as needed.
6. Closing Duties: Assist back-of-house (BOH) staff with finishing closing duties, including cleaning, locking doors and turning off equipment.

Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork-oriented
• Ability to work flexible evening schedules
