Travel Allied-Respiratory Therapist, PICU

In this role, you will deliver specialized respiratory support tailored to young patients with severe respiratory conditions or injuries.

• Assess pediatric patients respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the PICU team.
• Administer respiratory therapies such as mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, or aerosol medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor ventilator settings and adjust them as needed based on patients responses and clinical conditions.
• Educate families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use to support recovery after discharge from the PICU.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and patient progress throughout their PICU stay.
