Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing

• Ensure both the company and apartment codes are met

• Respond to maintenance tickets as needed

• Provide status updates to residents and staff

• Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility

Required Qualifications:

• Active and valid drivers license and a personal vehicle

• High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior apartment maintenance experience

• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
