Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Occupational Therapist
Shift : Days / 7a-5p (10x4) 40 hours per week, On-Call; 1 weekend a month
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements :

• CA License
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
  
• Graduate of an accredited program of Occupational Therapy and holding a current Occupational Therapy license in the State of California
• Minimum a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy
• BLS
• Masters or Doctrate Degree if preferred in Occupational Therapy or other related field preferred
• AOTA approved certifications and Advanced Practice Continued competency in the occupational therapy field preferred

Other Details:

• Interpersonal skills necessary in order to instruct/comfort patients/families, and colleagues; to maintain effective communication/contact with healthcare team members.
  
• Analytical skills necessary in order to prioritize workload develop solutions to problems concerning patients body, mind, and spirit.
  
• Basic computer knowledge including: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Intranet.
  
• Ability to learn Computer software programs including, but not limited to: Cerner Millennium, Policy Manager, OneSource, HPF, One Content, etc.
  
• Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
