Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Sr. Oracle Architect/Lead Developer to join their team. As a Sr. Oracle Architect/Lead Developer, you will be part of the Claims Technology team supporting various projects.

Job Title: Sr. Oracle Architect/Lead Developer

Location: Addison, TX - Hybrid work schedule

Pay Range: $60 - $68 per hour (W2 Only)

What's the Job?

  • Review and optimize the end-to-end ETL process for performance improvements.

  • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data requirements.

  • Build high-performance ETL Data Frameworks with a focus on error handling and scalability.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to drive project success.

  • Create documentation and streamline processes for improved data flow and quality.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing environments, particularly in the financial industry.

  • Advanced skills in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and experience with performance tuning.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining architectural standards.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and Unix scripting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
