Position Purpose:

The Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician keeps our associates safe by maintaining all equipment inside the warehouses/buildings and ensuring it meets industry standards and operates efficiently according to its specific tasks. The Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs general electrical and/or repairs of and various equipment on company premises. Conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required. Job Description:
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Perform weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as needed.
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians as needed.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment using CMMS softwares.
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with tradesmen/contractors on projects or specialized services.
What we're looking for:
As a maintenance lead, you must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosis and repair, replacing or rebuilding mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and chain driven systems on warehouse equipment. In this role you will work as part of a team to perform preventative maintenance, inspections as well as answer break down calls in a warehouse production environment.#CM-ALL
Compensation$28.00 per hour
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role
Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, hydraulic, Pneumatic, and chain driven systems.) Knowledge of PLC ladder logic is a plus
Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
Excellent planning and leadership abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or GED
