Automotive Service Advisor

Join our team at Dail Transmission and Total Car Care Inc. as an Automotive Service Advisor in Middletown, NY 10940. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for automotive maintenance and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
2. Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs for their vehicles
3. Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
4. Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
5. Utilize dealership software systems 

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of fixed operations, finance & insurance, and automotive sales
• Experience in automotive repair and service management
• Speak and understand english and spanish
• Answer phone calls
• Handling and filling out paperwork as well as filing
• Good computer managment
• Must have experiences of minimum 3-5 years

Salary: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
