A leading acute care hospital based in southern Florida is now seeking an experienced Postpartum Unit Nurse Coordinator to join their award-winning healthcare organization!

Reporting to the unit Nurse Manager, the Postpartum Unit Nurse Coordinator will work to ensure the highest standards of patient care and staff efficiency. Daily responsibilities include managing nursing staff schedules, coordinating patient care plans, and acting as a liaison between doctors, nurses, and families to optimize communication and patient satisfaction . The Nurse Coordinator will oversee training and development programs, ensuring the team is up-to-date with the latest postpartum care protocols.

With a focus on compassionate patient care, the Nurse Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, address operational challenges, and work collaboratively to create a supportive environment for new mothers and their families.
What's Needed to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN
Registered Nurse RN license in the state or ability to obtain
Prior working experience in a postpartum mother baby unit
