This is an on-site position.

Hours: 7 am to 5 pm (additional on-call requirements)

Network Engineer responsibilties include but are not limited to:

Position Summary: In office position responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing intranet and extranet applications. This position will be responsible for the maintenance designing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the Windows Desktops, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Cisco Router/Switches.

This is an on-site position.

Qualified Candidates for the Network Engineer position should possess the following:

• Advanced knowledge of Windows systems deployment and management in a mixed environment
• Advanced knowledge of VMware ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, and best practices in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery best practices, enterprise backup/replication tools and methodologies
• Experience with monitoring, metrics, logging and related applications to ensure proper function, performance, and availability of systems and applications
• Experience with configuration, management, and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPN tunnels
• Experience working with enterprise infrastructure: blade servers, fiber channel and Ethernet switching, SAN storage
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reasoning and problem solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff
• Desire to learn and implement new technologies
• Travel and 24/7 availability required

Must Have:

• High School Education, College a plus
• Good Work Ethics and ability to work independently
• Strong Working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active Directory
• Strong Working knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches

Nice to Have:

• Powershell Scripting Experience
• Microsoft SCCM Experience
