Staff Accountant

Our client, a very stable services firm, is seeking a staff accountant to join the company. The company offers excellent benefits, a stable work environment and an opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities include:

• An accountant that can assist the accounting manager of the services division
• The role will be responsible assisting in the Billing, Accounts Payable, reviewing systems and procedures, reconciling between our service dispatch program and our accounting system, collections, purchase order review
• The 35-year goal is for this role to become the accounting manager, when the current person retires
• Strong systems skills Pivot tables V-lookups

Qualifications:

• 4-year Accounting Degree
• 1 + years corporate or public accounting experience.
• Strong MS Excel Skills - Pivot Table - V-lookups
