Attorney

Sklar Law, LLC is a respected small litigation firm with offices in Cherry Hill, NJ. Our practice areas include commercial litigation, collection litigation, bankruptcy litigation, Chapter 7 trustee representation and landlord tenant litigation.

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced civil litigation attorney, with three to seven years’ experience. Construction and/or subrogation litigation experience is desirable, as is bankruptcy experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Three to seven years of experience as a civil litigation attorney.
• Specialization or significant experience in construction law and/or insurance subrogation law is desirable.
• Admitted to Pennsylvania or New Jersey bar is required, and the ability to waive into the other is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong research and legal writing skills.
• Dependable and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
