Job Description

Purpose: The Customer Service Specialist uses set company guidelines and procedures to monitor and work the company/customer mailboxes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Essential Duties:
Maintain strong customer/internal relationships by:
o Having a positive and helpful attitude
o Having strong follow up and quick response time
o Being able to communicate clearly Company policy and procedure
Receive and answer customer questions regarding Customer Portal/Bill Pay
Timely answer customer inquiries coming in through the Company website and the Customer Svc mailbox, including distribution to the servicing branch
Provide documents requested in the DocRequest mailbox using CCMS, Doclink and RCRA
Provide W-9's and COI's to customers upon request
Run activity reports as requested
Email special handling invoices with work orders as needed
Invoice printing/mailing backup

Other Duties
Other duties assigned by management

Work Experience
1-3+ years Customer Service experience required

Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations
High school diploma or its equivalent

Specific Skills
Proficient in CCMS
Above average typing skills

Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works indoors and may be required to sit for long periods. Individual will be required to regularly talk, hear, see and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Noise level of the environment is generally quiet. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
