The Role
As anHR Analyst, you will be responsible for:
· Composing and posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
· Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Coordinating employee benefits enrollments and ensuring compliance.
· Conducting salary surveys and analyzing compensation data.
· Developing and conducting employee engagement surveys; recommending improvements.
· Organizing employee training programs and ensuring compliance with required training.
· Assisting with updates to Personnel Rules and HR policies to enhance employee relations.
· Developing and implementing employee safety policies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
· Maintaining accurate employee records and job descriptions.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for adetail-oriented and highly organizedprofessional who is:
· Knowledgeable in human resources management– Understands recruitment, benefits, and HR policies.
· An excellent communicator– Strong writing and public speaking skills are essential.
· Tech-savvy– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software.
· A problem-solver– Able to analyze data, think critically, and implement practical solutions.
· People-focused– Enjoys working with employees at all levels to support engagement and development.
· Independent and proactive– Can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience:
Abachelor's degreeor college-level coursework in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field is required. At leastthree years of experiencein recruitment, benefits administration, training coordination, or employee engagement.
