Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Black Hawk, Colorado to hire Physical Therapists. School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:
-$53-$57 an hour
-13-week contracts
-$3,000 assignment bonus available.conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
-Looking for a Physical Therapist to support, open to all grades through the remainder of the school year.
-The role involves providing direct therapy services, collaborating with staff to develop individualized plans, and helping students improve their mobility and overall physical function.
-Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
-Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
-Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
-Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
-May be asked to travel between school locations
-May be asked to supervise assistants
