What You’ll Do:
Be the first friendly face clients see—greeting them with warmth and professionalism
Handle phone, email, and chat communications with confidence and empathy
Schedule appointments and manage client check-in/check-out
Provide knowledgeable support about services, pricing, and pet care
Triage calls to determine urgency and route appropriately
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top-tier service
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of customer service experience (veterinary or medical field preferred)
Excellent communication & phone etiquette—you make every client feel heard and valued
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting
Experience with Cornerstone software is a plus (but not required!)
