Veterinary Technician

Kanan Veterinary is a small general veterinary practice with a demanding clientele; we are looking for a veterinary technician from 3 days to 5 days a week, willing to work with a small team. Our business hours are fixed and the shifts are from 7:30AM to 4:30PM or 8:00AM to 5PM on weekdays, 8AM to 3PM on Saturday.  We are looking for a dynamic veterinary technician with experience in blood draw/catheter placement, radiology, ultrasound, surgical preparation, anesthesia monitoring/drug delivering, laboratory procedures, overall animal care as well as maintaining instruments, kennels and cleaning procedures of a hospital. The hospital management software at this time are Cornerstone ® and ExamView® but will transition to EasyVet® in the next few months. Remuneration will be based on skills and experience.
